A Recruiter at Balance will:> Focus on skilled trades positions, including clean manufacturing, aerospace, and semiconductor roles> Regularly network in the area to draw interest in open positions> Make 30-50 outbound calls to candidates a day> Place 3 candidates a week in new jobs> Work in office 2-3 times a week> Offer information and guidance to jobseekers If you have:> 0-1 years’ experience in hitting targets, human resources, or within a call center> A strong background in values-based recruiting with integrity, passion, and innovation through relationships > Passion for hitting and exceeding targets As a Recruiter, we will provide you with base plus UNCAPPED commission.
