Insight Global is looking for a remote Entertainment Recruiter that must sit in Los Angeles to join one of our largest web novel companies in the US. This person will be working in the talent acquisition team with an emphasis on entertainment, content, and brand recognition. They will be building and implementing a diverse candidate pipeline for all our divisions including Tech, Product, Marketing and other Content, Creator and Community teams. This person will work closely with the hiring managers to attract and engage with top-notch talent.Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau4+ years of experience with sourcing for senior-level tech and digital roles
Experience building talent communities/pipelines around those needs.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever.
Experience working with external sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter among others.
Proficient in Google Suite
Possess networking skills
Experience in generating and analyzing reports, and insights to better understand progress within the sourcing strategy.
Experience in building talent market maps for niche / in-demand roles.
