Conducts investigations for lower level employee concerns. Coordinates and processes terminations. Responds to employee questions. Provides guidance to leadership team and staff in the interpretation of Emanate Health policies and procedures. In addition, the coordinator will work proactively with the HR team with handling more challenging and less routine issues/projects. Responsible for responding to unemployment claims and assisting with leadership training.**Job Requirements****a. Minimum Education Requirement :**Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or Business Systems required.**b. Minimum Experience Requirement :**Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources required. Minimum of one year of experience in Employee Relations required. Healthcare experience preferred. Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required. General knowledge of employment law or other labor law required.
