n n n Director of Recruiting, Property Management n nn Related Management is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and collaborative human resources manager to oversee our high volume talent acquisition and recruiting operations.
We manage over 78,000 residential units and 30 million square feet of commercial space; this position will help advance our company objectives and position Related Management as the employer of choice in property management. This position will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and Development.
nn Lead a team of talent acquisition experts to perform recruiting activities that deliver high-quality candidates in support of the Company’s growth trajectory.
Promote a positive and growth-oriented environment for direct reports.
Design, develop, communicate, and implement recruiting strategy with an emphasis on external networking and talent pipeline development.
Streamline processes and systems to create efficiency and economies of scale.
Establish strong, productive relationships with Related Management Company’s (RMC) executive leadership team and hiring managers at the property-level to be able to influence, guide, and facilitate the recruiting process.n Introduce creative recruiting approaches, maintain knowledge of current industry trends, and manage external recruitment tools as well as vendor relationships.
n Manage and direct the utilization of recruiting data and key performance indicators to improve time-to-fill and other important talent acquisition metrics; improve effectiveness of the hiring process.n Leverage the employment brand to source and select external talent through networking and social media strategy; work closely with other HR colleagues to help increase internal promotions within population.n Improve Related’s employment brand by developing content in partnership with Marketing.

Minimum of 8+ years recruiting experience, with a successful track record building and leading high-performance recruiting teams.
Experience in Property Management, Hospitality, or Retail desired.
Demonstrated skill in building organizational capabilities around talent acquisition: aligning hiring strategy, institutionalizing data-driven best practices, coaching/influencing leaders, and building an employment brand.
Strong knowledge of all pertinent employment laws at the state and federal level as they pertain to recruitment and interviewing.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills at all organizational levels with ability to influence, build confidence, and establish trust in leading the recruiting process.
Experience working with retained / contingent search firms as needed, and negotiating fees and contracts related to those services.
