The Resource Manager will professionally and accurately represent Yoh as the main point of contact for the client and contract employees.
Develops relationships between clients and on-site contractors.What You’ll Be Doing:Works with contractors to resolve any issues with performance or employment.
Handle terminations, and exit interviews, and coordinate recognition for outstanding performance with the client as requested.Serves as the first line of communication and conflict resolution to our on-site contractors and facilitates issues/concerns for our clientsWorks with clients to ensure that the requisition process runs smoothly, including communicating the needs of the client to various suppliers.Educates contractors on Yoh/Client policies and procedures, researches issues regarding contractor pay, benefits, and time entry and escalates to Customer Care as necessary.Maintains vendor and client relationships and resolves issues as they arise.Assists the Program Manager with projects and requests as necessary.Alerts Customer Care of billing and time keeping issues.What You Need to Bring to the Table:2+ years staffing experience, preferably a client onsite or HR SettingHR and Business acumenExcellent customer service skillsA Bachelor’s Degree PreferredExpertise in Microsoft Office ProductsThe Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess:HR And Business AcumenStaffing Industry ExperienceUnderstanding/Experience within the Media environment is a plus, passion and interest is desired.Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks:Visual Acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, manual dexterity, grasping, feeling, hearing, talking.Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.Ability to read complex documents in the English languageCapacity to reason and make sound decisions.Ability to write complex documents in the English languageCapacity to express thoughts orallyWhat’s In It For You?
