Description Position at American Traveler Join the fastest growing industry in the country, healthcare staffing American Traveler staffs thousands of hospitals nationwide with healthcare professionals.We are seeking a charismatic Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to develop a pipeline of new candidates to meet our corporate recruitment hiring goals.
Conduct telephone pre-screening calls, schedule new talent for interviews, assist with the on-boarding process, and participate in orientation and training of new hires.Responsibilities:Review new candidate profiles and telephone screenResponsible for a wide variety of talent acquisition/human resource (HR) administration duties including posting positions to job boards, tracking the candidate workflow, and overseeing related tasksActively maintains clear communication with hiring managers and candidates to keep processes organizedPerform tactical functions such as arranging conference calls and managing on-site logisticsCoordination responsibilities: schedule interviews, create a high-touch candidate experience, coordinate recruiting events, attend campus job fairs, and manage data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Administer candidate testing, referencing, and processing new hire employment forms and background checksPrepare training materials, conduct initial orientation and training, oversee training administrationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required1 years of experience preferred in corporate recruiting/human resources (H.R.)/talent acquisitionUniversity recruitment experience and job fairs a plusAbility to think strategically, independently, and quickly, and execute proactivelyPersonable and able to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environmentBe flexible, enthusiastic and comfortable in a high-energy and ever-changing work environmentMust possess a high standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive informationDemonstrated ability to multi-task at a high level with a positive attitudeOutstanding interpersonal skills and highly team-orientedMust be smart, a self-starter, and possess a great “no task is too small” attitude ABOUT US:American Traveler is a healthcare staffing agency that delivers unparalleled service to healthcare professionals and hospital clients alike.
