Adecco is hiring immediately for a Corporate Recruiter with a local client in Dublin, CA.
The Corporate Recruiter will perform essential duties with pay starting at $50.00/hour, plus available overtime.
In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and execution of searches for positions with the client’s corporate office, with guidance from the Senior Management of Talent Acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research and sourcing to actively recruit candidates as necessaryScreen resumes for each open positionConduct phone screen interviews and in-person interviews with candidates to determine appropriate fitManage research and search strategy development for each open positionManage candidates through the company search process, ensuring that necessary paperwork is filled out completelyManage communication with hiring managers through the search process on candidate flow and status of candidates through the searchConduct reference checking for final candidates; prepare reference reportsMaintain the recruitment/staffing database throughout the processConduct additional research projects to support company’s recruitment strategy as necessaryRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of recruiting experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under the pressure of deadlinesAbility to analyze dataAbility to conduct interviews and reference checks and work effectively with hiring managers and candidatesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced office atmosphereExcellent attention to detail and decision-making skillsWhat’s in this for you?Weekly pay starting at $50.00/hr.Temp to hire opportunityCompetitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Thousands of free upskilling courses through Adecco’s Aspire AcademySchedule:Monday
