As a member of our Analyst recruiting team, the Campus Recruiter will collaborate on recruiting and hiring efforts for undergraduate and graduate candidates into full time and internship positions.

The Campus Recruiter will consult with staff at all levels and provide hands-on support to Analysis Group’s 14 domestic and international offices.

In addition to full life cycle recruiting, this individual will also assist in the implementation of recruiting strategies and continue to build AG’s reputation as a top employer.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the recruiting team and consultants to design and drive a successful recruiting strategy.Exercise excellent stakeholder management and act as the primary point of contact for candidates, university career services, and internal consultants.Build the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on campus and virtual events to meet full time and intern hiring targets.Manage the full candidate lifecycle in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) for all AG offices.Assist with the planning and execution of the summer internship program.Facilitate debrief meetings and advise on offer decisions.Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks for full time and intern candidates.Propose and implement enhancements to the campus recruitment strategy and process.Collaborate with HR to ensure EEOC and Affirmative Action compliance.General administration and project support when needed, examples such as data analysis, process improvement and applicant tracking system updates.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.A minimum of 3 years of substantive relevant experience required.An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of campus recruiting experiencePrior experience in a professional services firm preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Strong work ethic and eagerness to bring new ideas to the recruiting function.Team player, willingness to assist the recruiting and HR team when needed.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to be self-directed, while also effectively collaborating and working in a team environment.Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and university recruiting software (iCIMS & Handshake experience a plus).Strong Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Outlook) required.An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.Analysis Group embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a deep and meaningful way.
