To be successful in role:You will generate candidates through tools such as LinkedIn outreach, job boards, networking, head hunting, recruitment technology etc.You will create relationships with candidates regarding their job search and career aspirationsYou will collaborate with your team to ensure key clients are satisfied with MP recruitment effortsYou will generate BD outreach strategy and develop relationship with cutting edge high growth companiesYou will conduct meetings with both new and existing clients to review job requirements, market trends, salary reviews, etc.You will have opportunities to negotiate client contractsYou will take part in outreach to leads (hiring managers) to convey the Michael Page value propositionYou will convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account ExecutivesTo be considered for this role, you should have the following:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field0-2 years in B2B, B2C sales or direct recruitment experienceYou have a high performing over achiever mindset with an off the chart motivation to learnYou are collaborative, innovative and a team player while also able to work independentlyYou want to win and you find motivation in temporary setbacksYou love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-faceYou don’t believe in settling, you find ways to keep improving and getting to the bottom lineAt Michael Page LA, we pride ourselves on the fun and collaborative work environment we’ve cultivated throughout the years.
