Wonderstorm is a double threat media studio that creates timeless animated TV series and engaging video games that anchor our entertainment franchises.

Our first franchise, the Emmy Award-winningThe Dragon Prince, began as an original animated series on Netflix in 2018. All three seasons have been a Top 10 digital original and are rated 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. The series was recently picked up for four additional seasons. A world-class video game forThe Dragon Princeis under development by the same creative team.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Wonderstorm, you will approach recruiting by bringing the human element and a sense of personalization to the hiring process. As a Associate Recruiter, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the company but also help shape the lives and careers of those that join our team. What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with various departments to execute effective recruitment strategies and solutions
  • Build successful partnerships with hiring managers to help identify quality candidates and apply recruiting best practices
  • Use various tools to source passive candidates and engage active candidates with our Applicant Tracking System
  • Proactively maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and foster the employment brand of the company
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to making offers

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize and organize your workload

  • Prior experience recruiting for games or entertainment industry
