My client is an established, privately held 2nd generation plastic injection molder of packaging products to the Food & Beverage, Cosmetic, Personal Care and Pharmaceutical industries.
They have been in business for several decades and continue to experience significant growth.
We have been retained to help them find a Plant Manager in North Carolina, located about half way between Charlotte and Fayetteville.
Within about a 30 commute of the plant, there are great neighborhoods and school systems.
This position is open due to an up-coming retirement.
The new Plant Manager will be mentored by out-going Plant Manager for a smooth transition.
This is a highly automated plant that runs 24×7 and supplies one major customer.
We are looking for a Plant Manager that must have a technical understanding of injection molding preferably in an environment that has high cavitation molds.
This plant does high volumes of production and also assembly.
Must have P& L experience and understand KPI’s very well.
Being offered is a lucrative base salary commensurate with experience, bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401 and health insurance.
