AG Consulting Partners is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join out Talent Acquisition team.As a Recruiting Coordinator for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:Reviewing candidate applications and scheduling eligible candidates with recruiter’sKeeping candidates warm during the recruiting processPartnering with hiring managers to understand project requirements and posting new jobsManaging employee referralsMaintaining CRM tool (making sure scorecards and notes are complete, updating jobs, managing any tools issues, etc.)Using a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to obtain a pool of well-qualified candidatesConducting phone screens with candidatesSupporting the new hire onboarding processBuilding strong, impactful relationships and helping elevate AG Consulting Partners’ employment brand to a highly competitive levelThis job is for you if:You like helping people and don’t need to take credit for success.
