A Company is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their team in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

This position is responsible for handling inquire from customers, monitoring inventory status, and following/troubleshooting with clients.

Must have a Bachelor degree in Business or Sales, and 2-3 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and 401k.

Inside Sales Associate Duties: Handling inquiries from customers (mostly on price and delivery) by taking phone calls and checking e mails Acquire pricing, delivery and other technical input from our head office in Tokyo and plants in Vietnam through email inquire and if necessary phone calls if the parts are not available in the US.

Issue quotations to customers by using CRM.

Follow-up on all open inquiries and quotations and update CRM information if necessary.

Monitors inventory status of each assigned client and works with appropriate personnel and Department to arrange/ adjust order placement and control appropriate inventory level based on the previous order history and forecast.

Assists inventory control and performs annual inventory counts in warehouse; update necessary logs & forms Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with key personnel in each of the assigned clients through periodical contacts by phone calls, fax or e-mails.

Negotiates prices and terms of contracts with clients as appropriate.

Conducts post-sales follow-up, ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with all aspects of products and services.

Troubleshoots client issues/ inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, purchasing, accounting, engineering, production, and field service in order to achieve the best client satisfaction.

Maintains and updates account information (e.G.

contacts and inquiries) and files in the company’s designated system (CRM) to share information.

Inside Sales Associate Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business or sales or/and technical field required 2-3 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
