AbilityPath: Family Resource Coordinator

AbilityPath is hiring a Bi-lingual Coordinator for our Family Resources Team The FRC Coordinator works with agencies in the San Mateo Communities, to generate referrals for children eligible for early intervention services or prevention resources referrals and facilitates the efforts of the Family Resources Center.

Candidates must be a parent or family member of a child or adult with developmental disabilities or special needs.
