Location: We are looking for motivated hard-working individuals to join the team out of our facility in Gardena, CA.
Position: Warehouse Associate Full Time: Monday
– Friday: 08:00AM to 05:00PM Reports To: Manager Job Description
– Pulling out daily orders and samples for Sales Reps.
– Physically move/ transport products to the processing area and ensure it is done so in a damage-free manner
– Checking Incoming / Outgoing packages
– Load Van or Truck (open, close, and lock the gate for delivery man)
– Delivery
– Maintain All Stations Clean: Front office, Warehouse, Tasting Room, Meeting Room, ETC
– Consistent warehouse organization and work area for orderliness.
– Container Inspection.
– Re-palletize Cases IF necessary
– Spot Check ( Scan label bar codes using a computer and scanner and
– Monthly Inventory
– Perform other work-related duties as assigned The right person will be extremely motivated as he or she will operate very independently.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
– Use of hands and fingers to grip, handle, lift, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
– Lift and/or move product up to and including 60lbs.
– Stand and walk for long periods of time.
– Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following: -Must be able to pass a background check.
-Must have a driver’s license -Excellent attention to detail -Ability to read English
– bilingual preferred (especially French, Spanish, or Italian.) -Self-motivation -Excellent communication skills, organizational, and time management skills -Attendance
– Must be dependable and Reliable.
-Must be familiar with the scanners control system and computer literacy
– required -Ability to take constructive criticism -Reliable transportation and a clean driving record -Forklift certification and inventory management experience is a plus -Previous logistics/ warehouse experience
