– is currently looking to expand our California Recruiting Team, by adding a Travel Recruiter.

Providing reliable, professional aviation service solutions ranging from ground handling services such as cabin cleaning, to customer assistance services, and security solutions.

Requirements/ Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; recruiting, customer service or sales focused experience preferred
Ability and comfort level to approach potential applicants in the market
Strong proficiency in computer programs and applications, experience in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to utilize multiple formats of communication (email, phone, text, in-person)
Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Ability to travel 75% of the work time
Responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate, and host Hiring Events, both locally and Statewide as needed and requested
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Partner with leadership teams to identify target skill sets, markets, and critical openings to plan an individualized approach to reach and engage with the largest number of candidates possible
Manage multiple programs and projects related to long-term talent acquisition strategies and focus areas, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting, vendor engagements, and partner organizations
