Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor newborns’ vital signs, respiratory status, and overall condition continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by neonatologists and pediatricians.
- Operate advanced medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and phototherapy units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for neonates.
- Educate parents and families on newborn care, feeding techniques, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in medical records.
Work Environment:
- This role is based in hospital NICUs, providing critical care to premature or medically fragile newborns.
