Job Requirements:
- Coordinate travel for corporate staff
- Coordinating the company’s travel needs
- Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget
- Using collected travel data and financial analysis
- Interpret travel documents for members purchasing travel products with AAA and inform of governmental requirements
- Assist quickly and efficiently for last minute travel or travel changes while keeping company’s budget as top priority
- Selling various travel products offered by the Agency
- Educate customers on various travel products offered by the Agency
- Use computerized reservation and ticketing systems to book transportation and hotel reservations, and issue itineraries
- Provide expert advice regarding destinations, travel products, work with members to define travel detail and sell appropriate products and/or services
- Meet or exceed expected sales levels
- Provide advice and recommendations and complete the sale of travel department products and services (including tours, cruises, airline tickets, car, hotel, rail and travel)
- Respond to travel-related member questions/complaints, and recommend solutions
- Maintain client files, ensuring detailed sales information be recorded for ease of follow-up
- Requested travel insurance coverage, and package tours
- Learn about travel counselor opportunities and start journey
- Provide direct assistance to members for all Auto Travel need, in person or over the phone
- Promoting preferred and group products while ensuring the delivery of Five Diamond Service
