And now, we’re looking for top talent to help everyone experience the magic of ketones.What you’ll do: You will be an active member our Partnerships Team and report directly to our Head of Partnerships & Business Development. Projects may change from month to month or quarter to quarter and will include:Event Planning and Execution: Assess and vet event/activation opportunitiesPropose wholistic event & travel opportunities, including touchpoint and activations across internal different verticals (from retail to content)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives, target audience, and key messaging.Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, venue management, needed rentals, product shipments, partner coordination and travel.Oversee event setup, registration, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.Examples of events include: Endurance Sports Championships (Kona, Tour de France, etc), Marathons, Local SoCal Run/Cyling Clubs, Partner dinners & booth events

Day-Of Event Management (Travel applicable, when needed) Oversee event operations during the actual event, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.Coordinate with on-site staff and brand educators to ensure efficient event flow and partnership success.

Event Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and experiential marketing.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance event experiences and elevate H.V.M.N.’s event presence

Marketing and Promotion: Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to promote events effectively.Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to optimize future event marketing efforts.

Scale our events teams within our larger partnerships vertical, with the opportunity to eventually become the Events Team LeadSource, train, and manage, future coordinatorsWhat you’re good at:Excellent attention to details and strong organization skills.Excellent ability to prioritize tasks according to partnership type and conversion opportunityGreat communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a large set of tasks.Improving processes, roadmaps and efficient task management.Startup DynamismQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 2-3 years of administrative & event experience with executive, C-suite membersIncredibly organized, detail oriented with strong prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple assignmentsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information while using discretionStrong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence othersStrong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Notion Ability to anticipate the needs of senior management, and to proactively solve problems efficientlyHigh energy, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMust be an athlete, open to joining partners on athlete & wellness events (runs, cold plunges, etc)Preferably based in Los AngelesAvailability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time **Subject to change +/- ~3 hours, mutually agreed by you and your manager.
