Performs a variety of recruitment, employee relations, department reports and orientation as assigned.
This position has contact with Hospital employee, prospective employees, and administration.
Positive and effective interpersonal relationships and communication skills are a high priority in this position.
Responsible for all aspects of the employment process.
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required.
Three years experience in interviewing and onboarding required.
Working knowledge of employment laws required.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to communicate information in a classroom setting.
Experience in public speaking
