At Soho House, culture is everything and we believe thatour Houses are only as good as the people who work within them.See for yourself CLICK the links BELOW toWATCH …HOW WEWORK ** HOW WE HAVE FUN ** and ** WHY WE STAYRequirementsRequired Skills/QualificationsMinimum of 2-3+ years of previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employeesthrough motivation, coaching and developmentProven experience supervising housekeeping departmentsAbility to maintain a budget and proven excellence in customer serviceCapable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills abilityProven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests,associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization.Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets,databases).Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing towork outside “office hours”. For example, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed and whenapplicable).
