We are partnering with one of our VIP clients in the Beverly Hills area-a world-renowned, award-winning concierge MD, ready to take his private practice to the next level as a global boutique concierge business, focused around wellness and preventative care. We are looking for high-level, sophisticated Medical Legal Assistant to champion the entire litigation case management of the doctor’s expert witness practice that provides white glove service care for some of the most influential people in the world! This is a great opportunity for a Medical Legal Assistant to become one of the first members of a team of experts who will be establishing a new standard of excellence in the concierge space with a doctor who has already laid the foundation for success! Responsibilities for the Medical Legal Assistant job in Beverly Hills area:
• Understanding of legal assistant/paralegal responsibilities preferably in the medical space
• Role will have a heavy emphasis on litigation case management for MD
• Detailed and thorough documentation as well as ability to coordinate, schedule, and manage busy case work load
Qualifications:
• 5 + years of Legal Assistant experience, medical space preferred.
• Demonstration of high quality legal assistant/paralegal work through strong professional references.
• Need someone with clinical curiosity, and sophistication. You will be working with high net worth clients with one of the best MD in town from a legality stand point.
