The Front Office Lead US, will be responsible to manage T&E Front Office operations within the Motion Business Area within the Country.
You will have the possibility to work with all of our service lines which gives you great exposure to the end-to-end process of the T&E function.
This role is remote in the Central Standard Time Zone.
This position reports to T&E Regional Front Office Manager Your responsibilities Manage T&E Front Office operations within the country, and collaborate with T&E Operational teams, to ensure that the service is delivered and is consistent with service level agreements and performance indicators.
Be accountable for delivering high quality, cost efficient and timely customer service in alignment with T&E service catalog across Hubs and in collaboration with ABBs Business Areas Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and support ABB Integrity teams on possible compliance cases.
Represent the T&E organization within the country towards ABB Business Areas and Functions as the face to the customer.
Manage Business Areas demand, by addressing new requests and changes Manage escalations, issues and complex cases in collaboration with T&E Operational teams.
Track changes and create expertise on the legal environment and legislation in relation to T&E Ensure consistency and alignment between business lines and within the country on policy and process implementation and compliance.
Drive efficiency, standardization & harmonization and supports the development of consistent processes and practices, based on feedback Oversee T&E process performance and analyze T&E data, identify barriers for execution and implement improvements and identify and propose improvements.
Consult and communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers and end users as needed Manage implementation of systems, processes and policies to ensure that the end-to-end process is established, compliant and according to SLA.
Manage T&E projects scope, timeline, resources, vendors, governance and methodology Liaise with Third Parties and support T&E Operational teams managing vendors.
Manage merges, acquisitions and divestures programs in what regards with T&E for the country.
Support on continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
Your background Bachelor degree and 8 years of work experience or Associate degree and 10 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years or work experience required.
Previous experience in Travel and Expense along with Concur experience required.
Customer focus, collocative mindset in multicultural environment and great problem-solving skills required.
Ability to manage the stakeholder experience, interact on all levels with a positive can-do attitude, solution-focused approach, self-starter and hands-on working style required.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English is required, other languages are a plus.
Experience in Project Management, Change Management or Business Transformation highly preferred.
The ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive improvement projects with effective project management skills highly preferred.
Travel up to 10% required.
