Job Purpose: The IT Support Services Supervisor will oversee the provision of support and coordination of services for the Forever 21 Distribution Center (DC) located in Perris, California.
The IT Support Services Supervisor is responsible for desktop, mobile computers, and network support.
Deliverables: Track and follow up on helpdesk support issues Create and update knowledge documentation Effectively communicate changes, outages, project information, and change control updates to IT Services members Prepare activity and progress reports for outstanding issues Be the hands on help working with remote support from network engineers and server administrators Drives continuous improvement and innovates solutions where needed Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Must have a thorough understanding of IT concepts and application Must have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent organizational and planning skills, including the ability to multitask Previous experience in desktop and mobile computers highly desirable Previous experience in a highly mechanized distribution center experience highly desirablePhysical Requirements: Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach and kneel Involves sitting with regular work with computers Exposure to all types of weather conditionsWhat we Expect Customer Obsession; you know who your customer is and working in service to them is working in service to our end consumer.
