Additionally, keeps the dishwashing area clean and safe.Duties and responsibilitiesUnload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.
Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machineEnsure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures.
