Essential job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Clean all soiled dishes/glassware/etc.

Sort and stack clean dishes/cookware, carry clean dishes/cookware to cooks’ line and other proper storage areas.

Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
-
Clean and roll/unroll mats
-
Sweep/mop floors
-
Other duties as assigned
-
Be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend and stoop
-
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
-
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
