Thunderbolt is a neighborhood cocktail bar and restaurant located in Echo Park serving elevated, modern Southern fare.
We’re looking for a dishwasher/busser to join our tight-knit crew in a fast-paced environment.
Part-time hours available.
DUTIES
Maintains the dishroom and ensures that all dishware, utensils, pots and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Busses and cleans guest tables and dining counters
Stocks service area with clean dishware
Cleans and organizes BOH, including walk-ins, freezers and stock areas
Cleans floors and removes trash from the FOH and BOH, restrooms and parking vicinity
Maintains and services restrooms
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
**No experience required but previous experience is a plus.**
