Morihiro restaurant in Atwater is looking for a dishwasher to join our team!
Morihiro uses handmade pottery by chef Mori as well as glassware imported from Japan. We're looking for someone who will treat our plate and glassware with care and handwish everything delicately!
Job Summary
Dishwasher Cook Position Overview
Washing and drying cookware, utensils and glassware by hand when necessary.
Sorting, stacking and storing clean cookware and utensils.
Cleaning tables, equipment, small wares, and other items as directed/needed.
Removing trash and recyclables to dumpsters.
Maintaining a clean kitchen facility and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
Filling/emptying soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
Sweeping/mopping floors.
Following all health and safety regulations.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
