CVOR nurse jobs focus on the treatment of cardiovascular patients, including operating bypass machines and administering anesthesia. They care for cardiovascular patients before, during and following surgical procedures.
Requirements
- Active BLS, CNOR, ACLS and/or PALS from the American Heart Association
- Active professional license within the state of practice
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific positions
- CVOR Experience in a hospital setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
