The starting pay rate for this position is $18.50 per hour.
The Assistant Maintenance Engineer performs general maintenance duties including, but not limited to, working with small hand tools, painting, Guest-room-repair calls, drain cleaning, plumbing fixture repair (excluding soldering), changing light bulbs, room PM, and repair and replacement of electrical-service outlets and switches (not exceeding 120 volts).
Basic Qualifications :
Schedule Availability – Cast Members must be available for any shift and days off including holidays.
Technical Abilities
- Experience with general maintenance and repair including painting and light plumbing and electrical
- Experience with hand tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the maintenance of hotel guest rooms and public spaces.
Additional Information :
Those assigned to the Assistant Engineer position are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class, Respiratory Protection Training class, and Lead Awareness class. They are also required to submit to an annual medical evaluation, fit test, audiometric exam and a semi-annual Lead/Zinc blood test.
