The People Operations Learning and Development Manager is the key to a high-performance culture that emphasizes our brand mission and point of view, as well as upholds ambitious standards for every team member, sets them up to attain challenging goals and evolves the workforce and SH culture through ongoing development and ever-evolving needs of the hotel.

Our Ideal Candidate:Passionate about people, workplaces and culture with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.An expert in human resources operations and training, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.Excels at communication, both verbal and written.Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.The primary focus of this position will be training and development, but must be willing to cooperate in other people operations tasks About usOur culture is caring and thoughtful, and we deliver good-natured and informed service, perfectly executed to evoke a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
