Position Summary: Responsibilities include performing testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank and/or Microbiology as required.
Accurately process tests.
Assure accuracy and completeness in quality control.
Demonstrate skills in areas, including policy and procedure manuals, quality control, maintenance of equipment and process improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Position Requirements: Education: BA or BS in biology or other acceptable health-related subjects.
One year internship training in a California state approved Clinical Laboratory Scientist (formerly Medical Technology) school or program.
Experience: Must be full time or part time with a minimum of five years?
experience to qualify.
Special Qualifications: Must be able to read, write and speak English.
