Are you qualified?
- Current LCSW or LPC (or state equivalent) in good standing
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients, at a minimum of 13 hours/week for part-time roles
- Five years*** Post Masters
- Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches

*$1,000 onboarding bonus for all new therapists requires active AbleTo employment 90 day post start date and completion of credentialing, training and 10+ weekly hours posted available hours for scheduling by dates outlined in the employment contract. $3,000 onboarding bonus for new full-time therapists licensed in and residing in CA requires active AbleTo employment 90 days post start date. Therapists are eligible for the onboarding bonus upon graduation from AbleTo Academy. Graduation occurs when a Therapist demonstrates completion of all required onboarding tasks and training and competency in clinical service delivery. Therapists may participate in individual and group sessions with Onboarding Specialists and Academy Program Advisors throughout to support and ensure goal attainment and readiness for graduation. An onboarding bonus will be added to the pay period following graduation and will be inclusive of compensation for any scheduled or ad hoc communications (written, verbal, or virtual) with AbleTo staff during AbleTo Academy. Required training and participant treatment-related activities completed during AbleTo Academy (e.g., Initial Consultations, sessions, no-shows, etc.) will be compensated as reflected elsewhere in this contract. The Therapist recognizes and agrees that the requirements for AbleTo Academy graduation may be changed or modified by AbleTo at any time and at AbleTo’s sole discretion. Job Requirements:
- Perform group therapy, family therapy and individual therapy
- Complete group therapy, individual and family therapy sessions
- Provide individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy and crisis intervention
- Provide assessment, parenting interventions, day to day support to home visitors
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions according to treatment plans
- Providing individual, group and family therapy services
- Provide individual/family therapy sessions and crisis intervention
- Provide crisis intervention, individual therapy, short-term family therapy, group therapy, treatment planning and discharge planning
- Provide group, individual, and family therapy
- Provide group therapy services to patients
- Facilitate group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy sessions and documents appropriately in the interdisciplinary progress notes
- Conducting individual and family therapy sessions related to coordinating treatment and discharge activities
- Provide individual therapy services to patients
- Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy
- Arrange proper family therapy intervention
- Administer or recommend individual therapy or other forms of treatment
- Provide individual and family therapy and care coordination
- Meet the Performance Specifications set forth by the state
- Provide individual, group and family therapy with assigned residents
- Provide group therapy and on occasion individual and family therapies
