This position will be home-based.
Reporting directly to our Chief Clinical Officer, the ideal candidate will possess the following:Minimum experience of at least 3 years as multi-state leader overseeing direct reports accountable for Quality Metrics and Reimbursement from completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) at the facility levelExpert experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and revenue integrity to include the PDPM processCharacteristics: versatile and nimble to quickly adapt to new challenges with a positive and optimistic outlookCommunication: computer literate with the ability to present and interface via various Audio/Video platforms such as Zoom, Goto meeting, Ring Central, Microsoft Teams, etcAbility to travel frequently to oversee team and facility performance through direct observationLeadership
