UCLA Health: Study Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will assist with Cardiology enrollment to the UCLA Institute for Precision Health AtLAs Study through a patient self-guided video consenting process.

Primary responsibilities will include: 1) identifying best practices in patient outreach and staff support in the self-guided video consenting process in individual outpatient cardiology practices and inpatient cardiology services at UCLA; 2) implementation and expansion of such practices with support from CTSI RAP, and 3) regular performance evaluation of recruitment efforts.

You must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt to and perform effectively with changing priorities and schedules/timelines.Qualifications Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other staff members, physicians, administrators, patients, and visitors.
