UCan do all this and more at UCLA Health.As Fund Manager for our Department of Medicine Clinical Trials, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts as you prepare financial statements, reconcile ledgers, resolve/reverse incorrect charges and perform follow up with the clinical team and other servicing departments.

You will: Attend team meetings Review and prepare budgets, contracts and invoices Maintain calculation workbook Prepare, route and track internal study documents Provide OnCore data entry Serve as back-up for budget committee scheduling Provide overall department support and back-up Assist with special projectsQualifications We’re seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented team player with: Ability to analyze problems, assess needs, and provide alternatives Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform effectively with frequent interruptions/distractions Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and patient databases (OnCore) Knowledge of University, clinic and hospital policies and procedures Basic understanding of medical terminology Knowledge of federal, state and private agency funding policies/procedures Basic typic skills Ability to organize and manipulate large quantities of dataUCLA Health is a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and dozens of primary care practices, specialty practices, urgent care centers and other ancillary locations throughout metro Los Angeles.
