· Must have CA state licensure
· Must have at least 1 year of blood bank experience
· Must have at least 2 years of current generalist experience (candidate will work in Chemistry, Hematology, blood bank, and some micro)
· Strong verbal and organizational communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
