Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking a qualified clinical trial contracts paralegal on a long-term temporary, remote basis:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and revise clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, and other legal documents;
- Manage multiple priorities, working closely with internal stakeholders, and meeting strict deadlines;
- Track and report on the status of study activities to internal and external parties;
- Meet with study members and provide progress updates to manager;
- Perform legal research as needed
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience negotiating contracts for biopharmaceuticals or life sciences organizations is required;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Clinical Trial Agreements and Informed Consent Forms is required; prior experience in Global Clinical Trial Studies ideal;
- BS/BA degree required, Law degree or paralegal certificate ideal
