Role Overview:
The Operating Room Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the perioperative departments within the hospital. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will collaborate closely with other key departments such as Pre-Op, PACU, Sterile Processing, and our outpatient surgery teams. The Surgery Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to lead a highly skilled team of nurses and allied healthcare professionals while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
