ResponsibilitiesCLINICAL COORDINATOR – SURGERY
Northridge Hospital Medical Center Under the supervision of the Clinical Staff, the
Clinical Coordinator
provides direct patient care while being responsible and accountable for providing clinical nursing leadership to other unit service line staff during assigned shift or surgical procedures. All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner with respect and dignity
.
This position is represented by SEIU-L121 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.


QualificationsRequirements:

  • At least two (2) years current registered nursing experience in surgical or perioperative services required
  • CNOR preferred
  • Current California RN License
  • AHA BLS card.
  • AHA ACLS card
  • Current Fire Safety card
