Provides assessment and evaluation services, formulates effective treatment plans and conducts individual and/or group, family substance abuse counseling and case management services.Sign on Bonus $10KQualificationsMinimum of 2 year’s experience at least 1 in substance abuse treatment required.
Proficient computer skills.
EMR experience desirable.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment with excellent customer service and communications skills required.
