Responsibilities include receiving, processing, and distributing laboratory specimens or blood from voluntary blood donors, communicating information about tests and test results, and overseeing the orientation and training of new employees.
The MLA, Sr.
serves as a problem-solving resource and acts as a Lead MLA in the absence of a supervisor.
Performs all job duties with sensitivity and attention to the patient populations(s) being served.Education: High School diploma or its equivalent.License/Certification: Lab certification or license such as Phlebotomy is preferred.Experience Requirements: Two (2) yeas of clinical laboratory experience, including familiarity with laboratory information systems.Working Title:Sr.
