The Senior Product Engineer is an end to end expert in software product definition, implementation and validation.
You will get engaged early working with a cross functional team to ensure adequate requirements get defined in line with business needs, while proper automated test coverage is established.
Throughout the product lifecycle you will work closely with implementation teams to ensure requirements changes are managed, traced, integrated and validated.
You will establish and maintain technology standards, evaluate and recommend modern automation technology & designs.

WHAT YOULL DO Work closely with business partners and customers in order to translate business needs into system and software requirements.
Responsible for defining and documenting the software requirements, automation architecture and abstracting the following from the implantable therapy engine: UI, Hardware, Cloud Services, Wireless Connectivity.
Partner with cross-functional teams: product management, development, quality and operations to define and create innovative, industry leading software products.
Interface with 3rd party software companies.
Analyze requirements, create test coverage and script in compliance to regulatory requirements & IEC62304.
Develop scripts and perform integration & interaction testing across our current and future portfolio of products.
Develop protocols & reports per regulatory standards complies to 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485:2016, 2017/745 EU MDR (Medical Device Regulation) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
Solid understanding of workflows and Human Computer Interactions (HCI).
5 years of experience translating product business needs into well defined software requirements, with traceability in tools like Polarion and Doors.
3 years of Software Quality Assurance experience in healthcare (mobile and web-based platforms).
Strong expertise & hands-on experience in planning, design & development of quality end-to-end test scenarios and re-usable test cases.
Experience in test automation tools like Ranorex, Selenium, Appium, Robot etc.
Experience developing testing scripts using C#, Python, Postgres SQL database, VBScript, other programming language.
Understanding and significant work experience with various SDLC methodologies including Agile /Scrum, specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments.
Proficient with Atlassian tool suites (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
Ability to work both within a team, and independently, in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to contribute to multiple projects/demands simultaneously.
Strong technical leadership and ability to constantly build, leverage and influence large network of senior technology and business experts across a large, diverse enterprise, and outside: vendors, standards bodies, analysts, and academia.
Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate advanced technical topics to non-technical individuals.
Preferred experience Knowledge of medical devices and FDA/BSI/EU MDR/JAPAN regulatory standards.
Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development.
Digital health software development Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field preferred.
