We are looking for a Project Manager to take on the chief responsibility of successfully initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring, and closing multiple projects with the projects sponsor, often a high-level employee who supports the project and has authority to provide the resources and company buy-in to get the project done.What You Will Be Doing” Provide functional direction over areas of responsibility including construction project schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality control.
” Coordinate projects with client’s internal departments such as IT, Purchasing, Facilities, Contract Administration, Inspection, Maintenance and Operations, and end-users.
” Coordinate project with client’s other external partners such as IOR, specialty inspection, A/E, and other consultants, and vendors.
” Support business development activities by maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, engineers, and other organizations which enhance future business development opportunities.
” Manage pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
” Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, customer satisfaction results.What You Need for this Position
– Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Construction
– Certifications in OSHPD, Construction Management, CM-Lean
– Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects within Healthcare or Clinical Laboratory market segments.

– General Contractor Experience
