PIH Health is certified as a Great Place to Work TM.The PPS (Prospective Payment System) Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely completion and transmission of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility-Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI).

Meets the regulatory requirements related to the collection and transmission of the IRF-PAI as outlined by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Oversees the process and collaborates with the Mimimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator.

In conjunction with the unit leadership, works to improve the quality of patient care, strengthens the financial performance of the department, and improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
