Works with the Director of Group Operations, Director of Clinical Operations, Practice Manager/Supervisor, and staff to improve the quality of care and outcomes.

Supports the financial and operational performance of the department, improve patient, physician and employee satisfaction.

Leads by example and works with the team to promote high value performance.
