We are the first and only Accredited Atrial Fibrillation program in the North Florida and South Georgia region.
As the is the oldest, largest and most advanced electrophysiology program in the Big Bend region, our labs provide the latest diagnostic and interventional technologies available in electrophysiology, including 3D echo, mapping, a full range of ablative therapies and CRM technologies, and laser lead revision.
Through our Heart & Vascular Center, we provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary ambulatory-to-acute model for complex arrhythmia management.
As the only comprehensive, fully integrated cardiovascular program in the region, the Tallahassee Memorial Heart & Vascular Center serves as a tertiary and quaternary referral center in the Southeast United States.The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care.
Assumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patient’s care environment.
The primary responsibility is providing care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
Also provides leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
Care provided displays respect for the patients rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs.
Adaptable, using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.
