Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Full analysis of the medication care plan Investigation of overall utilization Identification of unusual usage patterns Skills and Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs Excellent communication skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
