Job description One of our largest clients is looking for Medical Billers who are experienced in Insurance Follow Up with different payors.
Ideally, you come from a Pro Fee or Physician Billing background and are experienced with 1500 claim forms, appeals, denials, and follow up.
Pay Rate: up to $24/hour Location: Remote, Must be located in MD, DC, VA, WV, DE, PA Requirements: At least 2 years of physician collections experience Experience with a large EMR (Epic, Allscripts, Cerner, MedConnect, or something similar) Experience following up on claim status, resolving denials & rejections, re-billings, re-submitting claims, & filing appeals EOB’s Preferred skills: 2 years of experience in medical collections/follow up from a physician or hospital background Ideally you have work experience with a health system Ability to adhere to company metrics Strong typing skills and 40 WPM Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
