Responsibilities Clinical Educator Job Responsibilities Onboarding & Development of new RN’sand LPNs in the field Develops and trains field preceptors to provide support and additional assistance to clinical staff Utilizes the agency’s clinical software solution to plan, coordinate, and deliver patient care Assists in internal review of documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and financial requirements Provides training in agencies within the region as assigned Participates in the implementation of annual in-service/education calendar to include the participation in conducting skills check-off and Field Observation Visits as able Qualifications Clinical Educator Job Qualifications Current RN, PT, SLP license and in good standing to practice in the state (s) required Possess and maintain CPR certification Three years home care experience required; excellent knowledge of home care and OASIS regulations required.
